An office building with a monument sign

In 1994, Intertrade embarked on an expansion plan and broke ground on a new 16,000 square foot facility in Cedar Rapids for its headquarters and warehouse operations. During this time, the company purchased its first B737-300 for part-out and generated annual sales of about $20 million.

In 1999, avionics and electronics original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Rockwell Collins acquired Intertrade. With this acquisition, Intertrade increased its customer relationships, global presence, product knowledge and financial position.
